June 10 – i2b2 Workshops
A half‑day, hands‑on workshop will introduce participants to the redesigned i2b2 platform for cohort discovery and data analysis, with guided exercises using the new query tool, OMOP integrations, and the SHRINE federated query network.
Attendees will learn core concepts for organizing EHR data, building and analyzing cohorts, querying multiple data models, and running distributed network queries. The session is designed primarily for novice users but valuable for all experience levels, offering practical training led by the i2b2 development team. Also, learn the recent features in 1.8.2 and 1.8.3
