Mark Abajian – Enhancing i2b2 Patient Data with Social and Environmental Determinants of Health (SEDoH): an Ontology and Toolkit from USC.

Mark Abajian (retired, Clinical Research Informatics team at the University of Southern California) as he takes us on a tour of their newly developed ontology for SEDoH. He will also introduce us to USC’s toolkit for downloading SEDoH measures from US-based surveys and for enhancing i2b2 patient records.
