Peter Rice

DIRECTOR, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE – Axiomedix Inc.

Peter has been developing and supporting bioinformatics software for over 30 years. He created the EMBOSS suite, served as a project leader of the eTRIKS Project, and has worked at EMBL, Sanger Institute, EBI, and Imperial College London.

Peter is a Member of the i2b2 tranSMART Foundation and is the co-chair of the Use Case Working Group. Peter also serves as a key participant of the tranSMART Product Management Committee (PMC) and continues to manage tranSMART releases for the Foundation.
